1. Services
Multilink Consult EOOD ("we", "us") provides China sourcing, travel companion, and consulting services, as described on the corresponding service pages of this website.
2. Initial consultation fee
A €150 initial consultation fee is payable in advance. This fee is non-refundable, except that it is deducted from the total amount owed upon successful completion of a deal.
3. Payment terms
Payment terms for each engagement are agreed individually with the client before work begins, based on the applicable package or daily rate.
4. Travel and expenses
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, travel and related expenses (international flights, transport within China where indicated on the service page, and any third-party costs) are covered by the client.
5. Liability
We provide expert guidance based on 10+ years of experience in China. However, we cannot guarantee any specific negotiation, sourcing, or business outcome. Final commercial decisions rest with the client.
6. Cancellation policy
Cancellations of consultations or scheduled services require at least 24 hours' notice. Without such notice, fees are non-refundable.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
