Group Size & Guiding Fee
Minimum booking: 5 days.
Flat rate, regardless of group size. Minimum group size: 5 people (up to 20). Flights, hotels, and meals for your guide are included in this rate — no separate travel costs to cover.
Booking and cancellation
Your dates are confirmed once we agree them in writing and the guiding fee is paid. If you cancel: more than 30 days before the start — full refund; 30 to 14 days — 50% refunded; less than 14 days — no refund. Any non-refundable costs already incurred remain payable. If I have to cancel for reasons within my control, you receive a full refund of everything paid to me.
Trip Research & Recommendations (optional add-on)
Not sure where to stay or how to get around? I research the options and send you a shortlist with my recommendations — hotels, routes, tickets, and what's worth the money. You book and pay everything directly with the providers. I do not make bookings, take payments, or act as a travel agent.

Guiding fees are fixed regardless of your travel style. Your personal trip costs — hotels, flights, dining, and activities — depend entirely on your preferences and budget, and are arranged and paid for separately by you.

What this service is
I accompany and guide you in person. Flights, accommodation and travel insurance remain your responsibility and are booked and paid for by you, directly with the providers. I do not sell or resell travel services and do not act as a tour operator or travel agent.
Entry requirements
Bulgarian citizens holding an ordinary passport can currently enter China visa-free for stays of up to 30 days — a policy in force until 31 December 2026. Travellers from other countries should check their own requirements before booking. Passport validity and permission to enter remain the traveller's responsibility.
Travel insurance
I strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical care in China for every traveller in the group.
Pricing
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Clients in Bulgaria: 20% VAT applies. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number: reverse charge. Clients outside the EU: outside the scope of Bulgarian VAT.
